Abstract

In this short communication, we report a case of a male victim of physical aggression, leaving stone pieces on his scalp. Undiscovered, the patient entered two decades of worthless, unsuccessful, and hopeless management tools; until a serious radiological investigation and more radical management were performed. Since then the patient has recovered totally and that put an end to a worrisome period in his life.
